The events of September 11th were absolutely heartbreaking.
However, I feel that we have really pulled through this in an
amazing way.  Never in my lifetime has the USA been TRULY the
UNITED States of America, until now.
  While it is terrible that something so awful should happen,
I thank God daily for the effect that this tragedy has had on
our Nation.  George W. Bush warned the minds behind this attack
that they have awoken a "Mighty Giant", and finally this same
giant has fallen on her knees, broken and hungry, before our
Father God.
  Should it have to take such extreme measures to remind this
generation that God is ultimately in control? I serve a
powerful God and savior that shall NEVER leave me or forsake me-
and he does the same for anyone who calls on Him.
You ask me where God was during these events;
I ask you where he wasn't.
  I don't, nor shall I in this lifetime understand the reasons
that things happen the way they do, but I do understand that
God is in control and that ultimately all the wrongs of this
world will be put right.  If I, as an imperfect being, were able
to thoroughly understand the things of God and his reasoning,
then I wouldn’t need him, nor would I desire to have him for my
personal Savior.  I am beyond content living through faith that
God is in control, now and always.  When you were a child, did
you understand the reasons why your parents told you to do
things, or even question that you should? No. As a child, you
*likely* obeyed your parents and turned out all the better for
it.  In this lifetime, we are but children in God’s eyes,
his children- and he is our Father.  Should we not obey and do
as he says with faith that he really does know what he’s
doing??!!??

  “And he said: “I tell you the truth,
   unless you change and become like little children,
   you will never enter the kingdom on heaven.
    And whoever welcomes a little child like this in
   my name welcomes me.  But if anyone causes one of
   these little ones who believe in me to sin,
   it would be better for him to have a large millstone
   hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depths
   of the sea.”
           Matthew 18:3-6


 It is my prayer that we have learned a valuable lesson from
this tragedy and will remain as America and as a Christian
people one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and
justice for all.
 I had not intended to climb up on the soapbox, but it appears
that once again I find myself at center stage voicing the
passions of my heart.  It is my desire that this does not fall
upon deaf ears, but that somehow this can help you see God
through my eyes and my heart.  God bless America.

house be worthy, let your peace come upon it; but if it be not
worthy, let your peace return to you. And whosoever shall not
receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that

Gomorrah in the day of judgment, than for that city.

that speak, but the Spirit of your Father who speaketh through
you.
 And brother shall deliver up brother to death, and a father his
child; and children shall rise up against their parents, and
cause them to be put to death. And ye shall be hated by all men
for my name's sake; but he that endureth to the end shall be
saved. But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into
another; for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not finish going
through the cities of Israel before the Son of Man cometh.
 The disciple is not above his teacher, nor the servant above
his lord. It is enough for the disciple to be as his teacher,
and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of
the house Beelzebub, how much more the members of his household?
 Fear them not therefore; for there is nothing covered, that
shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known. What I
tell you in the darkness, speak ye in the daylight; and what is
whispered in your ear, that proclaim ye upon the housetops.
 And fear not those who kill the body, but are not able to kill
the soul; but rather fear him who is able to destroy both soul
and body in hell.
 Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And yet not one of them
falleth to the ground without the will of your Father. But the
very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear ye not therefore,
ye are of more value than many sparrows.
 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I

my Father who is in heaven.
 Think not that I have come to send peace on earth; I came not

Here we are again.  
So how do you feel about this war?  I'd really like to hear.  
I think we are doing the right thing, why we're doing it who knows.  
I don't care why.  We are doing the right thing, and as American citizens 
we should support our troops not protest them. 
 YES, it is a right we have, YES, we are free to do it, 
but if it weren't for them, you would be sipping tea and eatin' 
lil breaddy things.

    Sure its neat to know exactly what is going on, but what if you saw 
    YOUR son or brother sneaking up the side of a bridge getting fired at?  
    And serisously, isn't the media supposed to keep the govt in check? 
    Can they do that when they LIVE with them?  Yeaaa....
